My vision is simple: for every woman that I have the honor to serve, to experience peace of mind through financial security — to not fear the future, to know they are capable and prepared, and to feel supported as they step into their next chapter.
For more than 40 years, I’ve worked in the financial advisory world. From the beginning, I realized my role wasn’t just about numbers — it was about guiding, teaching, and listening. Even before it was called “coaching,” I was already doing it.
Over time, I noticed a pattern: many women, especially those over 50, had entrusted financial decisions to their husbands. In meetings, they stayed quiet — afraid to ask questions, worried about saying the wrong thing, or told not to speak up. Hearing this repeatedly stirred something deep in me. I realized how vital it is for women to be part of these conversations long before they may find themselves alone.
Statistics show women often outlive their partners by six to nine years — yet too many are left knowing only a username and password, not the full picture of financial security. That realization inspired me to create A Nu Beginning.
My own life experiences have shaped the compassion and conviction I bring to this work. I have had challenges on my journey which have helped me grow and enable me to bring compassion and experience of life to each client I work with.
I grew up in New Jersey in a hardworking family, learning early about perseverance and possibility. My grandmother’s voice still guides me. When others said no- she always told me I could be anything I wanted to be — and that belief has carried me through every chapter of my life. My divorce though long and complicated, taught me resilience and self-reliance. Becoming a widow later in life reminded me that even with preparation, unexpected challenges can re-shape everything. I had to pivot, rebuild, and learn how to thrive-while extending compassion to myself in the process. These experiences fuel my passion for helping women plan—financially and emotionally—so they can face life’s uncertainties with steadfastness, strength, and confidence.
At the heart of everything I do is education. I meet women exactly where they are — whether confident or uncertain — and help them build knowledge step by step. Clients often tell me what makes me different is that I care deeply and make the process feel less like financial advising and more like walking with a trusted guide or dear friend.
